If you do intend to print this piece, you should make sure that your image is in CMYK mode by going to Image > Mode > CMYK Color, otherwise RGB mode will be fine.įor this particular design, I will be using 11×8.5in canvas - so the image is wider than it is tall. I like to use standard paper size in case I want to print out the piece. Start by creating a new document in Photoshop (Ctrl/Cmd + N).
